Mix two parts white vinegar with one part water and pour it into a spray bottle, then spray on the orange stains.
Wait about 15 minutes, then sprinkle baking soda and wait for the chemical reaction to finish. Let it sit for at least an hour before scrubbing with a sponge and rinsing. If necessary, repeat more than once.
