- 80 g of raw pasta (cook them in boiling salted water)
- 150 g of baked chicken breast
- 1 roasted pepper
- 1 apple
- 20 g of raisins
- A handful of rocket
- For the vinaigrette: salt, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and a few basil leaves.
2 – Avocado and tuna salad for 2 people: 6 pt – 4 pt – 4 pt / person
- lettuce sprouts
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 avocado (100 g)
- 1 can of natural tuna
- 2 pickles
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 teaspoon of sesame
- For the vinaigrette: 2 teaspoons of olive oil, the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
3 – Rice salad for 2 people: 8 pt – 6 pt – 6 pt / person
- 80 g of rice (cook it in salted water and drain it)
- 100 g of defatted white ham
- 50 g of corn
- 20 g of sliced green olives
- 1 onion
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pinch of oregano
- For the vinaigrette: salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 2 teaspoons of olive oil.

- lettuce sprouts
- 120 g of cooked chickpeas
- 20 g of walnuts
- 1 diced pear
- 30 g of lean Gruyere, diced
- For the vinaigrette: salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of mustard, juice of 1/2 lemon.
