A clogged sink? Natural, chemical-free drain cleaner!
How many times, when we are in a hurry, the sink gets clogged and we have to resort to a chemical unblocker or, in the worst case, a plumber? Well, know that if you don’t want to do all that, there is a way to solve the problem with a product that you can make yourself and that is eco-sustainable. An all-natural product that cleans your kitchen or bathroom sink in minutes.
These problems always occur on Saturday or Sunday and having a system that quickly resolves the situation without chemicals is the best solution. In fact, these are methods that grandmothers used in the past and which, once put into practice, are still valid today.
But what is blocking our sinks? If it is the kitchen, it is likely that over time the remains of food have formed a jelly , but if it is the bathroom, it may be that your hair, your beard , etc. have become jelly. Chemicals available on the market are often effective, but in addition to being unsustainable and harmful to the environment, they are also very expensive. We now illustrate the alternatives already mentioned above.
A clogged sink? Natural, chemical-free drain cleaner!
So how do you unclog a clogged sink?
In our grandparents’ time there were no chemicals to unclog an obstruction and to remove it they used 4 spoons of salt, 4 spoons of baking soda and boiling water. By placing everything directly in the sink you will be free in just a few minutes . Alternatively, you can pour the boiling water in which the potatoes are cooked down the drain.
Another method is to boil a quart of vinegar and pour it directly into the blocked drain or first a tablespoon of salt then a glass of vinegar. But these are not the only methods. In fact, you may also need to add, without changing the order, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 of baking soda, and 2 of vinegar with boiling water. Everything will be clear in a few minutes (normally this is used for difficult traffic jams).
Even for sinks that are difficult to clean, there is an alternative , simply put a tablespoon of salt, one of baking soda and two of vinegar in a bowl of boiling water. Wait until the chemical reaction of these united elements begins during frying and only then pour it into the tube. If you still don’t get the desired result, switch to this method: half a cup of salt, half a cup of baking soda and a quarter cup of tartaric acid.
Now let it sit for a few hours and then turn on the water, the drain will definitely be free of blockages.
