Baked chicken wings and potatoes

Here are the necessary ingredients and preparation:

Ingredients for 4 people):

  • 800 g of chicken wings
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary

Preparing the chicken wings and baked potatoes
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

Place the potatoes on a large non-stick baking tray lined with baking paper.

Add the chicken wings to the potatoes.

Season with extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Mix with your hands to combine.

Sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs.

Bake in the oven at 200° for about 45 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve the chicken wings and baked potatoes
