Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Prepare the Brussels sprouts: Trim the woody ends off each sprout and remove any loose or discolored outer leaves. For medium to large sprouts, halve them lengthwise through the stem. Leave smaller sprouts whole. Rinse thoroughly and pat completely dry with a clean towel or paper towels. Excess moisture prevents crisping.
Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the prepared Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss vigorously until all sprouts are evenly coated.
