Chicken and potatoes with creamy garlic parmesan sauce


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons of olive oil

4 minced garlic cloves

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley

3-4 medium sized potatoes, peeled and cut into slices

to prepare:

Preheat  oven 400°F (200°C).

Seasoning chicken breasts with salt also pepper.

Heat  olive oil in  skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cooking for 3-4 min per side, or until golden brown.

We lift the chicken from the pan and leave it aside.

In the same pan add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. cook 2-3 minutes, or until sauce thickens slightly.

Adding grated Parmesan cheese also chop parsley.

Adding potato slice to the skillet and toss them into the sauce.

Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.

Serve the chicken and potatoes hot with a creamy garlic parmesan sauce spooned over the top.
