There is nothing more annoying than spending sleepless nights due to the annoying buzzing of mosquitoes . Not to mention the bites and tickles. Mosquitoes seem to multiply at night and disappear during the day.
Oddly enough, the old belief that mosquitoes prefer sweet blood is partially true. It is the high level of carbon dioxide that attracts mosquitoes, which are able to sense the changes, especially when you exercise.
Mosquitoes are also attracted to the smell of sweat, especially if large amounts of lactic acid or ammonia are present.
How to make a mosquito trap
You need:
- 50 grams of sugar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 250ml of water
- 1 plastic bottle
- scissors
- a plastic bag
- Scottish
Mix the water, sugar and yeast well in a bowl. Cut the plastic bottle in half with scissors. The nozzle of the bottle will be the cap and will need to be turned upside down.
Pour the mixture into the bottle and seal it with tape, then wrap the trap in a plastic bag and place it in a corner of your room.
With this DIY mini mosquito trap, you can spend a quiet night and never hear that annoying buzzing sound again.
