1 kg potato(es)
Paprika powder Ground
pepper
Oregano
Garlic granules
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
Rub the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Then I put them in a freezer bag.
Then add oil and seasonings to taste. Close the bag or seal it with a rubber band and shake vigorously so that all the potatoes have some of the spices.
Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees for about 1/2 to an hour (depending on the size of the columns).
To be enjoyed as an accompaniment to everything or simply on its own.
