It’s a very simple recipe that can be made independently. The first thing to do is to get some brown sugar, you will need 12 tablespoons to pour into a saucepan. Place the saucepan with the sugar on a stove over low heat and stir constantly until the sugar is the consistency of caramel. At this point, pour in 100 ml of water, continue stirring and bring to the boil.

While the mixture is boiling on the stove, you can grab your bay leaves: ten will be enough. Proceed by chopping the leaves well.
