Mini DIY trap for mosquitoes and flies, very easy to make

There is nothing more annoying than having sleepless nights because of the  annoying buzzing of mosquitoes  . Not to mention the bites and tickles. Mosquitoes seem to multiply at night and disappear during the day.

As strange as it may seem, the old belief that mosquitoes  prefer sweet blood  is partially true. It is the high level of carbon dioxide that attracts mosquitoes, which are able to perceive changes, especially when you exercise.

Mosquitoes are also attracted to the smell of sweat, especially if there are large amounts of lactic acid or ammonia.

How to make a mosquito trap

You need:

  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • 250ml of water
  • 1 plastic bottle
  • scissors
  • a plastic bag
  • Scotch

Mix the water, sugar and yeast well in a bowl. Cut the plastic bottle in half using scissors. The nozzle of the bottle will be the cap and will need to be turned over.

Pour the mixture into the bottle and seal it with tape, then wrap the trap in a plastic bag and place it in the corner of your room.

With this  DIY mini mosquito trap,  you can have a peaceful night and never hear that annoying buzzing sound again.
