°12 raw prawns
°1 portion of pasta (preferably linguine)
°2 chop the garlic cloves
°2 c. butter
°1/2 c. Heavy cream
°Grated parmesan cheese
°1/8 t. basil
°Salt and pepper to taste
°flour (to thick)
°1/4 c. parsley
°White wine (not shown)
°olive oil (not illustrated)
Heat pan on medium-high heat. Add the butter, olive oil and white wine and bring to a boil.
Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Then season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, be generous too!
When the prawns turn pink on one side, also turn the cooking over for another minute and also remove from the pan, leave the liquid.
Add the heavy cream, basil, parsley, salt, pepper as well.
Bring to a boil and whisk, dusting with flour to thicken the sauce.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the shrimp again.
