Simple and delicious recipe for canned garlic

Do you like eating garlic? Try this easy and delicious canned garlic from Melissa Mir! When you refine your dishes with it, they get an additional boost of flavor and become even tastier. It’s an easy recipe that you can make at home and keep for a year.


Ingredients:
4.4 pounds garlic
1 hot pepper
a bunch of mint
a bunch of parsley
Bay leaf
whole black pepper
Paprika
coarse salt (1 teaspoon for each glass)
70% vinegar (1 teaspoon for each jar)
boiling water

Instructions:
Step 1:
Peel all the garlic and put it in a bowl.

Step 2:
Cut the mint and peppers into small pieces and place in a food processor. Puree until everything is finely chopped.

Step 3:
Take a sterilized jar and make sure it is cleaned. Add 1 bay leaf and a few whole black peppers and stuff with garlic cloves. Make sure there is a little space at the top so it doesn’t overflow. Repeat the process with the other glasses.

Step 4:
Add a tablespoon of the chopped mint and hot pepper. Then add a tablespoon of paprika. You can adjust the quantity depending on your preference. Repeat the process for all glasses.

Step 5:
Add a teaspoon of coarse salt to each jar.

Step 6:
Fill each jar up to the neck with boiling water. Then add a teaspoon of vinegar to each glass. Shake each jar a little to mix the ingredients.

Step 7:
Cover each one with the lid. Don’t close yet.

Step 8:
Take a large pot of hot water and place a piece of cloth or towel on the bottom to prevent the glass from shattering later. Place each jar in the pot.

Step 9:
Place the pot on the stove and let it cook for about 15 minutes. Once they are ready, take them out of the pot, pat them dry and close the lid tightly. They can be stored in a cool place for a year.
