A high-protein, sugar-free dessert perfect for post-bariatric surgery diets. Smooth, creamy, and easy to digest.

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

16 oz Low-fat cottage cheese
1 package (0.3 oz) Sugar-free gelatin (any flavor)
1 cup Sugar-free whipped topping, thawed
Optional: 1 scoop unflavored protein powder

Instructions

Step 1: Place the low-fat cottage cheese into a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and no lumps remain.
Step 2: Add the dry sugar-free gelatin powder (and optional protein powder) to the blender. Pulse several times until the color is uniform and the powder is fully incorporated into the cheese base.
Step 3: Transfer the blended mixture into a large mixing bowl. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the sugar-free whipped topping until the Bariatric Jello Fluff is light and airy with no white streaks.
Step 4: Portion the mixture into individual glass containers and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the gelatin to set properly.

Notes

Ensure the whipped topping is fully thawed before folding. Use a high-speed blender for the smoothest texture.
