Beignet potato balls: small, tasty and perfect!

A delicious, crunchy dish of potato dumplings coated in donut batter and fried until golden and crispy. They are often served with a dip for a decadent meal or snack.




  • 1 kg of boiled potatoes
  • 5 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 80 g of chopped cooked ham
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 3 tablespoons green onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt


  1. In a bowl, combine the boiled potatoes with the cornstarch, carrot, spring onion, ham and salt.
  2. Form balls and fry them in boiling oil until golden.
