- 1 kg of boiled potatoes
- 5 tablespoons of corn starch
- 80 g of chopped cooked ham
- 1 chopped carrot
- 3 tablespoons green onion
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- In a bowl, combine the boiled potatoes with the cornstarch, carrot, spring onion, ham and salt.
- Form balls and fry them in boiling oil until golden.
