Garlic intact for a year: How to store it

More experienced cooks are probably familiar with this method of preserving garlic. First, take half a kilo of garlic cloves and soak them in  warm water for about an hour  . After drying them, peel them and you will see that they peel easily because the peel has become softer.

Next, place all the garlic cloves in a sterilized jar. Then add two tablespoons of coarse salt, it should be about 30 grams of salt. Now you can add a few spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar or, if you wish, add wine vinegar. This ingredient helps  keep the garlic intact.
