How to follow the cabbage soup diet?

- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bunch of celery
- 150 g of green beans
- 1 cabbage, sliced
- 3 sprigs of parsley

- A pinch of pepper
- Place all the ingredients in the pot
- Cover the pot with water and bring to a boil
