Recipe: Spinach crepes: tasty, easy and low-calorie

Spinach is a food with great nutritional value: it gives us iron, protein, calcium, vitamins A and C, potassium, fiber, iodine, zinc and many other nutrients.

In this article we present a simple and tasty recipe: spinach piadinas, flourless.

Ingredients: 4 egg whites, 1 handful of boiled and chopped spinach, 1 pinch of salt and black pepper.

Blend the spinach with the egg whites, salt and black pepper until it has a liquid consistency. Olia a skillet and pour in about a tablespoon of the mixture until it cooks. Flip and continue cooking; it will only take a few minutes.

The beauty of this recipe is that, in addition to avoiding refined flours, you can choose the contents of the piadinas yourself. One tip: cherry tomatoes, arugula and parmesan shavings!
