Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Beef (90/10)
2 cups Beef Bone Broth
2 cups Cooked White Rice (Jasmine or Basmati)
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
2 Green Onions, sliced
1 cup Sliced Carrots or Bok Choy
Optional: Sesame seeds and chili oil for topping
Instructions
Step 1: Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and spread it out in an even layer. Let it sear undisturbed for 3 minutes to develop a brown crust.
Step 2: Break the beef into chunks and add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the beef is fully browned and the aromatics are fragrant.
Step 3: Stir in the sliced carrots (or other vegetables) and soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
Step 4: Pour in the beef bone broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 5: To serve, place a scoop of cooked rice in each bowl. Ladle the beef and broth mixture generously over the rice.
Step 6: Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of chili oil if desired. Serve the Viral Cozy Ground Beef Broth Bowls immediately while steaming hot.
Notes
For a low-carb version, replace rice with cauliflower rice. Always use high-quality bone broth for the best nutritional benefits.
