Bananas: how to preserve them so that they last a long time?

Do you think it is impossible to preserve bananas for several days, or even several months? To prevent them from rotting, you have to adopt proper conservation methods.

For this, you need a good amount of bananas. Next, scrub them with an old toothbrush and some baking soda. Rinse them under the tap and dry them with paper towels.

Next, remove both ends of the banana without peeling it and cut the fruit into slices about 2 cm thick. Next, get some 700 ml glass jars and add the following ingredients in this precise order:

A bay leaf
Two cloves of garlic
Two slices of chilli (pre-cut)
A teaspoon of coriander seeds
A teaspoon of dill seeds
A teaspoon of mixed pepper (white pepper, black pepper, green pepper, pink pepper and allspice).
Next, add the banana pieces (about 12) and another 2 or 3 slices of chilli. Next, add a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon and a half of salt, a teaspoon of 70% vinegar and a little hot water.
What happens next with this special preservation method?

Once all the ingredients are in the glass jars, they must be sterilized. To do this, you need a pot full of hot water. Next, insert a piece of kitchen paper inside to prevent the jars from breaking once in the pot.
