How to get rid of cellulite with rosemary alcohol

Rosemary alcohol   is an excellent ally in the   fight against cellulite and orange peel skin   . This skin alteration is triggered when soft tissues become inflamed due to a circulation or lymphatic system problem.

This results in the formation of small dimples that usually occur when there is a buildup of subcutaneous fat. Although the precise cause of cellulite is unknown   , the most common are believed to be staphylococcus and streptococcal bacteria, bad habits (a sedentary lifestyle or diet), and hormonal changes.

Rosemary is an  aromatic plant   with anti-inflammatory properties and capable of improving circulation, combating fluid retention and relaxing the skin. It is associated with alcohol which facilitates its absorption through the skin.

Thanks to the toning properties of the alkaloid   rosmaricin   , this remedy is very effective against orange peel skin, and helps us improve it in a short time.

To prepare   rosemary alcohol   , simply put 1 bunch of fresh rosemary (with leaves and flowers) in a glass jar that will be filled with 96° alcohol (the ethyl alcohol used to disinfect wounds).

Close the jar tightly and store it in a dark, dry place for at least 15 days. After this period, you can strain the remedy and start using it.

Before   applying rosemary alcohol   , it is necessary to exfoliate the skin to improve its absorption capacity. Soak a cotton ball with rosemary alcohol and pass it directly on the cellulite, from bottom to top.

Leave the rosemary alcohol on for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cold water and, if desired, apply a toning cream.
