To prepare the mixture you will need: lemon essential oil, coarse salt, olive oil, water, disposable headphones, socks.
Salt : natural salts such as sea salt are rich in minerals such as potassium , magnesium and calcium and can help fight inflammation, brighten and even reinvigorate the skin.
Olive oil : olive oil has antioxidant properties, protects from the harmful action of free radicals and prevents the effects of aging.
Fill a basin with water and pour a few drops of essential oil into it . Leave your feet to soak for 20 minutes. Dry them, put on the cap, pour the salt inside and put on the socks. Leave to act for another 10 minutes. Remove everything, soak them in cold water for 5 minutes, massage your feet with olive oil and rinse.
Other natural remedies for perfect feet
In the evening before going to sleep, soak your feet in soapy water . After washing and drying them, massage them with the vegetable oil of your choice so that it penetrates well into the skin. Finally, wear cotton socks all night long.
A nice foot bath will be excellent for restoring a pleasant state of relaxation and well-being to your feet. Pour some hot water into a basin, add 2 or 3 tablespoons of bicarbonate or rice starch and 4 drops of lavender essential oil.
Another trick for perfect feet is to prepare an emollient banana compress . Peel it, crush it and apply it. Wrap everything in cling film and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse and apply a moisturizer.
